What is asked

  • Email — to sign in, receive the receipt and be warned of expiry.
  • Password — stored as a hash (scrypt), never readable, not even by us.
  • Acceptance of the terms.

What is not asked

  • Tax ID, ID card, phone or date of birth.
  • Address: the license is digital and has no physical delivery.
  • Card: the details go straight to Stripe, never to our database.
  • Permission for telemetry, third-party cookies or advertising.

If you already bought through support and don't have an account yet, create one with the same email as the purchase and tell support: the license is tied to this address. If sign-up says the email already exists, use sign in — and without the password, support resets it.

After sign-up

The account is born open: you don't need to confirm anything by email to sign in.

    Choose the product

    The three products and prices are on the pricing page. Choosing the product is choosing for how much and for how long.

    Pay

    Payment is annual and renewal costs the same as the table. The card is handled by Stripe, not by us.

  3. 03

    Download the license

    Once payment is confirmed, the .kwlic file appears in your account and can be downloaded as many times as you need.

  4. 04

    Renew next year

    The license lasts one year. We warn you of the expiry well in advance.

What changes — and what doesn't — when you create an account.

My email is already in use. Now what?

Either you already created an account before (use sign in), or the email was used in a purchase through support. Without the password, support resets it through the purchase address.

Does the account become a marketing list?

No. The email is used to sign in, for the receipt and for the expiry notice. There is no automatic newsletter and no sharing with third parties.

Is there a free trial?

Cleaner has 7 free days through the Microsoft Store, no card. Antivirus and Block are annual, with a full refund within seven days.
