Yes, when your computer is slow: it frees memory right away. The gain shows up most on machines with lots of junk, many programs in the background or forgotten startup items.

No. There is no password, no off button and no support mode. Once active, the block can't be undone from the app, not by you, not by us. This applies to the Freedom edition.

In the Family and Business editions, yes: only the guardian or the IT administrator, authenticated with a second factor and after a waiting period. The child and the employee can't. In Freedom, nobody can. Both editions are coming soon.

Delivery is through the Microsoft Store, as an MSIX package signed by Microsoft.

No. Antivirus opens no connection: the scan, the base and the quarantine stay on your machine. Cleaner doesn't send anything either. The details are on the Privacy page.

We use our own anonymous counter for the steps of the purchase, with no cookie and no IP. Measurement cookies and the Meta Pixel only run if you accept; if you don't, the Pixel isn't even downloaded. The account session cookie is created when you sign in. Fonts and icons are served with the site itself.

No. Block's channel only loads the list of blocked and released sites. The review valve receives only the address you reported, and no product logs personal data.

Open the item in quarantine and restore it: the restore checks the SHA-256 and puts the file back where it came from. Then send the hash to support with the subject FALSE POSITIVE; if confirmed, the pattern leaves the base.

No security software gets everything right. That's why quarantine is reversible: if a legitimate file is isolated, you restore it with one command. The details are in the Terms.

Report the address through support with the subject BLOCK. The review is human, takes 24 to 72 hours and, if the site is legitimate, it leaves the list for all users. There is no individual release.

The block follows the installation. If you reinstall the system or switch devices, just install again and set up with the same typed confirmation. The details are in the Terms.

Yes: withdrawal within seven calendar days from payment, with a full refund, under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. With Block Freedom, the money comes back and the block is not undone.
