The account holds your annual license in your name, the expiry date and the file to download. Sign in with the email and password you registered.
password stored as a hash · no telemetry · no usage historyWhat the account keeps
- The purchase email and the password — the latter only as a hash, never readable.
- What was bought, when it expires and the billing events.
- The signed license you download. It works offline, without checking a server.
What it doesn't keep
- Browsing history, scanned files or usage telemetry.
- Tax ID, phone, address or date of birth: none of that is asked.
- Your card: payment details go straight to Stripe, never to our database.
Forgot your password? Support resets it with you through the purchase email.

Why there is an account
The license is annual and needs a place to live. That is what the account solves — and nothing beyond that.
-
01
Buy
Purchases are made in the account: it identifies the license holder and the email that receives the receipt.
-
02
Download and keep
Each purchase generates a signed
.kwlicfile. You can download it as many times as you want while the license is in your name. -
03
Renew
On renewal, the license is reissued with the new date, on the same account. There is no new account each year.
-
04
Validity
Without renewal, the license expires; renew to keep using it. The history of what you paid stays with support.
Before signing in
Three questions that come with the first sign-in.
Do I need an account to use Antivirus?
To buy, yes: the account is what holds the license. To use, not yet: Antivirus 0.1.0 asks for no account or key, and the user area says so. When the paid version goes live, the account license will be required.
I lost my password. Do I have to buy again?
No. As long as the license is in your name, it stays there. Support resets the password with you through the purchase email.
What do you do with my email?
It is used to sign in, for the receipt and to warn you about expiry. That's all. We don't sell it, trade it or use it for third-party advertising — the privacy policy covers the rest.
Don't have a license yet?
Prices are published per product, with currency and period. Purchases are currently made through support.
