Privacy.
This site uses no third-party analytics: it measures the steps of the purchase with our own anonymous counter, and only uses measurement cookies and the Meta Pixel if you accept. The products send no data. Block, when it has a cloud, loads only the site list. The rest of this page is the detail behind each sentence.
Version 1 · October 2026Summary
- Site: our own anonymous counter for the steps of the purchase (no cookie, no IP). Measurement cookies and the Meta Pixel are only switched on if you accept, and you can change your mind with the Cookies link in the footer. The account session cookie is created when you sign in.
- Antivirus: no network connection. The scan, the base and the quarantine stay on your machine.
- Cleaner: reads Windows' own memory and writes a local log. Nothing leaves.
- Block: Freedom is on sale; Family and Business are in development. The planned cloud carries account, license, alerts and the site list, never browsing history. In the Family and Business editions there is also the administrator account and the log of who changed each rule.
- Support: email. No sign-up, no newsletter, no sharing with third parties.
This site
The site is static: HTML, CSS and JavaScript served as files. It loads no third-party library. The purchase-step counter is ours, with no cookie and no IP. The Meta Pixel only loads after you accept, and the browser's Global Privacy Control signal counts as a refusal. The account session cookie is created when you sign in.
The typefaces and icons are part of the site itself. The only request to another domain is the Meta Pixel's, and only if you accept cookies. The only forms are the account ones (create account and sign in) and site support.
The hosting provider may record technical access data (IP address, date, time, page and browser) in its own log, for security and availability. That record is theirs, not ours, and is not used for behavioral profiling.
KeepWards Antivirus
The program opens no network connection. There is no telemetry, account, online license or sample upload. The signature base you import stays on your computer.
What it records, and where:
- Quarantine: the isolated file becomes
<id>.qbrin an app folder, with a manifest holding the original path and the hash. It stays on your machine. - Reports: only when you ask, in HTML or JSON. They contain file paths, which may identify you: review before sharing.
- History: scans are logged locally, in the app's data folder.
If a base update channel ever exists, it will carry signatures only. No version of this product sends your files to us.
KeepWards Cleaner
Cleaner reads memory and Windows' own information to show consumption, list programs and calculate temp files. Everything happens on your machine and the program has no outbound channel.
The only file generated is cleaner.log.jsonl, in the app's data folder: it records the date, areas cleaned and memory freed. You can delete the file at any time; the program recreates it.
Temp-file cleaning requires your confirmation and shows what will be deleted before deleting.
KeepWards Block
Block has three editions: Freedom, Family and Business. Only Freedom is on sale; this section also describes what is planned for the other two and will be updated when they are published.
- Minimal cloud: account, license, alerts and distribution of the site list. The channel carries only the list, never a command to switch off or loosen protection.
- What is not collected: browsing history, page content, keystrokes, screen, location. The agents apply policy; they don't spy.
- Logs: no personal data in logs. Secrets are kept in a separate vault, not in the code or the log.
- Review valve: when you report a site blocked by mistake, we receive the address and the reason. The release, if approved, applies to all users.
- Buying company: the single-user version is installed by whoever buys it; there is no dashboard that reads employees' devices.
Support
To reply, we need only one thing: the email address you wrote from. We also ask for the technical details of the case (version, system, error message, hash), and they are used exclusively to diagnose and resolve what you reported.
What we do with the message:
- We keep the conversation for as long as needed to resolve the case and meet legal obligations.
- We do not add the address to a marketing list, send campaigns or share it with third parties.
- We never ask for a password, a verification code or remote access to your machine. If someone asks in our name, it isn't us.
- If you ask for your messages to be deleted, we delete whatever we are not required to keep by law.
Your rights
The Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018) guarantees you confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion and information about sharing.
Since almost nothing is collected, most of these rights are settled in one sentence: there is no profile of you to correct. When a support case is open, a request for access or deletion can be made to [email protected] with the subject PRIVACY. We reply within two business days.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it and the previous version is kept in the site's history. Changes are not retroactive: the version published on the date you visit applies.
If a change affects what has already been collected, it is announced on this page before it takes effect.

Questions about privacy?
If any sentence here doesn't match what the program does, it's a text bug or a code bug. In both cases, we want to know.
