A service that watches the policy and restores anything changed from outside: hosts, DNS and the settings that are usually the first target. Every bypass attempt triggers an alert and a trace.

The device is registered as device administrator: uninstalling stops working, private DNS stays fixed and the VPN can't be turned off. Tested on an emulator.

Rules the code cannot break
These rules apply to every version of the product.

No unblock path
No password, no button, no support mode, on no screen, not even hidden in advanced settings.

The channel carries only the list
The update delivers a site list. Never a command to switch off, uninstall or loosen protection.

No list, keep the last one
With no internet or no new list, the program continues with the last one it received. It never unblocks on failure.

The safe list is never blocked
Banks, health, government and the review request site stay outside the block by default.

Bypassing triggers an alert and a trace
Every attempt to get around the policy is logged and alerted, with no personal data in logs.
